We are over the moon with this new offering . Join Cheryl Abraham of Collaborative Care Hypnotherapy and Phyllis LaForest of Pristine Vibes . Have you ever had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep ? If so this offering is for you . An explorative afternoon of hypnotherapy for deep sleep . Soothing sound waves steeped with medicine to let go and invite ease . You can expect to feel refreshed when you leave and experience the gift of a good restful sleep when you return home . Recordings of your hypnotherapy journey by Cheryl will be available to purchase for added support in the future if needed .

 

Cheryl will be guiding you through a hypnotherapy journey for sleep with a few soft sounds in the background . You can be sitting or laying on your mat . This is followed by sharing of your experience ( only if you wish ) then an hour of sound while your body is resting on your mat or sitting on a chair . We will then do a few easy grounding techniques and end with sharing / conversation .

What you will need  ~ yoga mat , blankets , pillows , water to drink and whatever else you need for your comfort . You will be setting up a comfortable space for yourself .

Sacred Land ~ Sacred Sound

Remembering our connection to the sacred through nature & sound .

Location ~ Location ~ 99 Dow Road in New Minas, Nova Scotia (home of Verv Skin Verv Skin Natural Soaps and Skincare

Imagine yourself comfortably nestled among the elders, Pine and Hemlock . Allowing yourself to be completely immersed & deeply nourished in healing sound vibrations resonating from the singing bowls & other sound instruments .

 

Upon arrival you are invited to take a leisurely stroll around the property , making a connection to the trees and land . A short sharing circle on how coming home to nature is coming home to ourselves . An offering of prayer ties will be made and placed on the property helping us to further connect to the land and tress . You'll be led through a gentle yoga flow to ground ,tune in and connect inward . This leads into a mystical hour or soundscape . The afternoon ends with a refreshing spray of natural face mist and a nutritious snack . The circle will close with a sea of Ohms . Afterwards you are free to once again enjoy the trees and property or visit Ali,s sweet shop to have a look around at her homemade products .

What to bring ~ this is an outdoor event so please bring what you need for your comfort . YOGA MAT , Water bottles , natural bugspray , comfy clothing , blankets , pillows . If you have an fold-able chair you'd prefer please do bring it .
